Terms of Offer for Sale

Let’s be real: shopping for furniture can be a chore, in the worst sense of the word. Driving from store to store, forgetting measurements, walking past so many sofas that they all start to look the same…Sound familiar?

  1. GENERAL

These terms of offer for sale apply to products purchased via www.bedofas.com which is a website managed by Bedofas – Complete Home Décor Solutions.

  • PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME.
  • IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE SUPPLY TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE WEBSITE FOR ANY PURCHASE.
  1. BUSSINESS 
  • The Website is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of merchandise and services (“Services”).
  • Bedofas has the right to change or discontinue any service at any time, without notice.
  • Bedofas may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time.
  • Bedofas shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the Services.
  1. PRODUCT
  • Bedofas enables sale of a variety of Products. Shipping for all the products on the Website shall be as per the policy, which may be changed by Bedofas from time to time.
  • In case, you receive a damaged Product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. For detailed information, please see clause 8.
  1. SERVICES
  • You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the Products purchased by You and Bedofas shall not be liable for any such action.
  1. PAYMENTS
  • 30% advance payment is required for all orders at the time of booking through cash or cheque. Remaining is payable one day before delivery.
  1. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
  • Your shipping address will be verified with the database / yourself, before you proceed to pay for your purchase.
  • If Your order is not serviceable or the area is not covered, we will request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Bedofas, Bedofas will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
  • Bedofas doesn’t deliver items internationally. However, You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within Pakistan.
  • In case, you book multiple orders for the Products and Services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible.
  • Changes in the delivery date has to be notified 5 days prior to the Customer Support and a mail at the same time has to be sent to info@bedofas.com
  • Our products are made to order. Delivery time is15 days, subject to the confirmation of order and advance payment by the customer.
  • Delivery and assembling is free in Karachi till first (1st) floor. From second (2nd) floor and above it will be Rs. 500 extra.
  • Only beds and side tables are sent to other cities. We use courier service and add Rs. 7000 as the courier and packing charges. Assembling of products is done by customer himself.
  • Cancellation of Order has to be notified within 3 days of booking order.
  1. POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
  • All items have to be checked thoroughly by the customer at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged / defective Product or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with the customer service agent through info@bedofas.com with all the details and picture of damaged area or call at our customer care number.
  • Upon receiving your complaint, Bedofas shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Bedofas is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Bedofas will inform the relevant Vendor of such complaint and request for its fixation. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, Bedofas reserves the right not to entertain such complaints.
  • Please notify Bedofas of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, Bedofas shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;*
  • Products should be unused;*
  • Upon verification and checks by Bedofas, if the claim of the damaged product is not legitimate, the customer will bears the shipping costs for the damaged/defective Product.
  • No exchange, no return policy.

* These conditions will not apply to Products where the defects could not, using reasonable diligence, have been discovered, at the time of delivery.
